1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The KYKY Y98 / KEZK 102.5 – Chronicles of Narnia London Trip contest (the “Contest”) will begin on Monday, May 5th, 2008 at 12:01am CST and end on Sunday, May 18th, 2008 at 11:59pm CST (the “Contest Period”).
b. To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method(s): During the Contest Period, log on to www.Y98.com or www.kezk.com  and go to the contest page. Once on the contest page at Y98.com or KEZK.com click on the “Chronicles of Narnia” icon or contest link. Enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and a valid email address in the online entry form. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Y98 or KEZK.  Y98 and KEZK computer is the official time keeping device for the sweepstakes.  Y98 is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. All entries must be received by May 18th, 2008 @ 11:59pm CST.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The Contest is open to all persons who are 25 years of age or older and who reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Employees of Y98 (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the St. Louis metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and households are ineligible to participate or win.
b. Listeners are eligible to win a Station contest only once every sixty days and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
c. Winner and guest must possess valid government issued photo ID for age verification.
d. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZES

A. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of the following: One (1) trip for two (2) persons to the London premiere of "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian" on Wednesday, June 18th, 2008, including air and hotel.  The flight has been pre-booked with a departure date of June 15th, 2008 and a return date of June 20th, 2008.  Prize also includes four (4) nights hotel accommodations (June 16th, 2008 – June 20th, 2008).  Prize is provided by NWA WorldVacations.  Trips are for two (2) guests only and the winner must be at least 25 years of age or older.  Guest must be at least 21 years of age or older.  Both guests must have a valid passport to be eligible.  The trip is NOT transferable.  Winner and guest are subject to all applicable terms and conditions of the prize provider. 
b. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, hotel, hospitality and airport taxes, telephone charges, meals, gratuities, transfers, spending money and any other expenses not specifically offered herein.  Winner may be required to present a valid credit card up on check-in at hotel to cover any incidental expenses.  Winner must be 25 years of age or older and the guest of the winner must be at least 21 years of age or older.  Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documentation and travel insurance.

c. All travel arrangements are pre-booked.  Winner will receive an official “Congratulations Letter” from NWA WorldVacations in order to redeem his/her trip. To reserve the travel dates, winner must first sign and complete a waiver and release form from NWA WorldVacations. The winner must then send the letter directly to NWA WorldVacations and contact a NWA WorldVacations representative to arrange trip. NWA WorldVacations standard terms and conditions apply.  If winner cannot comply with the above requirements, trip will be forfeited. 
d. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. All winners of gift certificates, passes, vouchers, etc. will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the prize provider. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of Station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. One winner will be selected on Monday, May 19th, 2008 in a random drawing of all eligible entries received by the entry deadline.
c. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received.
d. Winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email. Winner need not be listening to win. If the winner cannot be reached an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.
e. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within thirty (30) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited. 

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the Contest, winner and his/her guest agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require the winner and his/her guest to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.
d. The Station, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
e. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
g. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
h. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of Y98, 3100 Market Street, St. Louis MO 63103.
