Levi Johnston appeared yesterday and today on "The Early Show" on CBS.  He claimed that Sarah referred to her son Trig, who has Down Syndrome, as "retarded", and added, "you know, if I really wanted to hurt her, I could very easily. But there's...I'm not gonna do it."

Sarah Palin responded by saying, "Consider the source of the most recent attention-getting lies.  Those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention."


Michael Jackson's "This Is It" brought in $2.2 million in its first showings Tuesday night and Wednesday morning...on track to be the #1 movie in the country this weekend.


Miley Cyrus is a big winner...sort of.  She won one of AOL's Just So You Know Awards, for WORST CELEBRITY INFLUENCE...with 42% of the vote!  Here are the other winners, voted on by kids aged 9 to 15:

"Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will do their first interview together on the November 19th show for "Jimmy Kimmel Live".


ABC's new show "V" premieres next Tuesday, but they had to revamp their marketing campaign.  The network originally planned on having skywriters paint giant, red "V"s above 26 landmarks, like the Statue of Liberty.  They decided against it, fearing it would create public panic.


Adam Lambert says his album cover for his CD, "For Your Entertainment", is deliberately campy.  He added, "For those that don't get it: Oh well...glad to have gotten your attention.  Androgyny.  Rock n Roll."
